Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I download the SP80-3280 gene-space assembly files?
As stated in the "Availability of Supporting Data and Materials" section in our paper (Souza et al., 2019), all data and scripts are also available at GigaDB and in a Github repository.
If you're interested in getting .fasta or .gff3, you'll find them on the third page of the "Files" tab. We provide .fasta in three extensions (fasta.gz, fasta.gz.fai or fasta.gz.gzi) and .gff3, which includes the coordinates of the predicted gene models and functional annotation, in two extensions (gff3.gz or gff3.gz.tbi).
